It is a great show for Sarah, allowing her to put her knowledge of music and love of celeb chat into action. Prior to this she put her solid live TV experience to use presenting Destination Three, the late night live magazine show for BBC Three covering all the latest news, books and movies. Sarah co-hosted the show 3 nights a week as well as acting as roving reporter covering showbiz events. She also contributed heavily to the scripting of the show which proved must-see late night viewing.

A skilled interviewer, Sarah can be seen reporting for Chatshow.net, the online talkshow, interviewing stars from the world of TV, film, music and sport. Bubbly and spontaneous and with her fabulous Welsh charm, she gets the best out of her big name interviewees; from Westlife to Goldie Looking Chain, Graham Norton to Om Puri.

Sarah completed her Law degree before turning her hand to presenting in front of the camera, Sarah has it all- sexiness and intelligence. Fun, irreverent and fresh, She is a real find.

Sarah's interests are music (ranging from listening to hip-hop to playing the piano), film and fashion. When not sweating it out doing bikram yoga, Sarah enjoys nothing more than practising her impressions, Andy from 'Little Britain' being one of her best. She also enjoys reading, romantic fiction and crime novels and writes a regular music and fashion column for her own website.
